Jamb results update

The joint Admission and Matriculation Board has declared the new date to release the 2019 jamb utme exam.
In the meeting, they discussed how to release the results. Whether in batch or at once.
So they all concluded that the results will be released at once to avoid any problem from candidates.

Jamb said that any score you saw , that is your real result. Because we have heard a case where some candidates will be murmuring that these are not their score. Saying that they know what they wrote.



In their meeting, they said if your center indulged in malpractice that they will cancel your results or reduce your score or reschedule your exam. As these are partake to everyone, who wrote their exam in that center.

Jamb speak on method of releasing of Result. They said it will be released on the online portal or jamb profile. If eventually, you are lucky, they will notify you through phone message or email with your registered number.
They promised that no candidates will have result issue this year. They said that they are diligently working on the portal to ensure easy and accurate access.
Most especially to avoid network or site failure.

We will release all the results on 29th April 2019. They also said that not everyone one will get the message , that one should be expecting his or her score soon. The message will be send by email or phone number.

WAEC SYLLABUS FOR LITERATURE IN ENGLISH

There will be three papers – Papers 1, 2 and 3. Papers 1 and 2 will a composite paper and will be taken at one sitting. Paper 1 will be a multiple choice objective test. It will contain fifty questions distributed as follows: (a) Twenty questions on General Knowledge of Literature; (b) Five questions on an unseen prose passage; (c) Five questions on an unseen poem; (d) Twenty context questions on the prescribed Shakespearean text. Candidates will be required to answer all the questions within 1 hour for 50 marks. Paper 2 will be an essay test with two sections, Sections A and B. Section A will be on African Prose and Section B on Non-African Prose. Two essay questions will be set on each of the novels prescribed for study. Candidates shall be required to answer one question only from eachsection within 1 hour 15 minutes for 50 marks. Paper 3 will be on the Drama and Poetry components of the syllabus.
